Water-insoluble rubber putty – highly adhesive to concrete – waterproof, used to fill tile and ceramic joints and cracks, and as a base layer to protect the plaster against moisture, and used as a finishing putty that accepts coloring to add a smooth silky texture to cement surfaces, floors and walls.
